Customer Support Center Purchase Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within 8 to 12 weeks after return of goods.

Customer Support Center Shipping Policy

  • Shipping is limited to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only.
  • Shipping is free on all items.
  • 2-day delivery is included with most orders. Appion cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Appion or other parties only as an estimate.

Business hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm (MT) Mon-Fri. For orders placed during normal business hours, please allow one business day for our team to process your order. Orders placed outside of normal business hours will be fulfilled on the first full business day.

You should receive an email verification once your order has been placed. After the order has been fulfilled you should receive another email with the tracking information. If you did not receive these emails or believe you received these emails in error please contact us at (303)-937-1580.

If an item on your order is out of stock you will be notified by our team.

Appion is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the shipping process. If your items were damaged during the shipping process, please save the item(s) and packaging, then call us at (303) 937-1580. If your items were lost during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier with the tracking number provided in confirmation email.
