ETS Fixed-Rate Costs for Repair Services
Below are the Repair Service costs.

IMPORTANT: ETS Repairs reserves the right to declare a product beyond reasonable repair should it require significant repair, updating, replacement parts or labor beyond what may be considered practical. ETS Repairs reserves the right to declare a product beyond reasonable repair if the product is used with improper chemicals (chemicals that it was not designed to handle), modified beyond its original design, repaired with aftermarket parts that are outside of specifications, or used improperly in a way to which the product was not designed. In the event that a product is deemed beyond reasonable repair, ETS Repairs will contact the customer with their available options. Those options include, but are not limited to, scraping the product or returning the product. A $60.00 bench fee will be assessed if you elect for the product that is deemed beyond reasonable repair to be returned.

How ETS Repairs Work
Step 1: Submit the Repair Service Form below to receive a confirmation email with an ETS RMA Number.
Step 2: Send the Appion equipment to be repaired with the ETS RMA number issued in the confirmation email as listed below.

IMPORTANT: Please attach the issued ETS RMA number to each item before shipping any equipment to our repair center.
PLEASE NOTE: Do NOT send TEZ8 Vacuum Pumps in for repair with a full oil cartridge. Full oil cartridges can spill during the shipping process.
Step 3: Once we receive and repair the equipment, we will issue an invoice for any Repairs to the email address provided on the Repair Service Form or via the Purchase Order instructions.
Step 4: ETS will verify payment (where necessary) and return the equipment to the address provided.

ETS Repairs reserves the right to declare a machine unrepairable if the product is used with improper chemicals (chemicals that it was not designed to handle), modified beyond its original design, repaired with aftermarket parts that are outside of specifications, or used improperly in a way to which the product was not designed. In the event of this, ETS Repairs will contact the customer with their available options. * ETS Repairs will NOT repair tools used for marijuana processing. Damage occurs to the refrigerant recovery machines and evacuation pumps used to process marijuana. The use of any Appion tool for this process voids the Appion, Inc. warranty. It is a federal offense to ship marijuana across state lines with no legal minimums. Authorities use elevated detection techniques that are ever-increasing in sophistication for all shipments, domestic, international, and global. To protect Appion, Inc., ETS Repairs, and its customers, any equipment found to be used for marijuana processing will be left for customer pick-up and not return-shipped. If the equipment is not picked up within 30 days after the customer has been notified (with the most recent contact information given to ETS Repairs) the equipment will then be deemed abandoned and either recycled or destroyed.
