Education Program Terms & Conditions
Education Application Confirmation and Approval Process
You should receive a confirmation email after you submit your Educational Donation Application. If you did not receive a confirmation email after submitting your application, please contact Appion at education@appiontools.com . Appion will review your application for approval and respond to the email provided on the application form. The approval process usually takes around 2-3 days, but may take up to 14 days. If you did not receive a follow-up email with your approval status, please contact us.
Purchasing Through the Educator Portal After Appion approves you as an accredited educational institution and you have received your approval email, an Educator ID and access to the online portal will be issued to you. The online portal is specific to each Educator ID. We will only ship items ordered on the portal to the shipping address of the school you provided on your application.
Payment can be made via credit card or school purchase order only. No terms will be extended for purchases on the Educator Portal.
These purchases are for school educators' use only and are not intended for distribution among students or persons not affiliated with the school. You are limited to (5) of each item on the portal per purchase.
Repair of Purchased Items In the unfortunate event an item becomes damaged, Appion offers free repairs for our approved educator network on all items. Please contact education@appiontools.com for information on how to repair a damaged item purchased through the Educator Portal.
DISCLAIMER: Appion reserves the right to deny an education program application (education program application) request for any reason. Offer is only available to qualified educational facilities. Educational facilities can not be connected to any for-profit mechanical service contractor company—limit (5) each per campus, per purchase.
